The “Acknowledging the Voices” initiative, founded by the Posen Foundation, Kol Israel Haverim, and the Ministry of Education, works to enhance the training of pre-service teachers in academic institutions and the professional development of educators within learning communities. It focuses on subjects of identity and belonging, with sensitivity to the diversity of Jewish traditions and identities.

An innovative initiative that believes that quality education, integrating values of identity and belonging, is the key to building a more cohesive and inclusive society. An initiative that has perhaps become more relevant than ever in light of the social and cultural implications of the events of October 7 and the evolving reality.
